Idaho offers a wide variety of hunting opportunities. In big game you have elk, whitetail deer, mule deer, pronghorn antelope, big horn sheep, mountain goat, black bear, mountain lion, and moose. We also have a wide variety of varmints coyote, bobcat, ground squirrels, and raccoon, just to name a few. In game birds, Idaho has ruff grouse, spruce grouse, blue grouse, pheasant, quail, chucker, gray partridge, and wild turkey. Not to mention a wide selection for ducks and geese.
